Alexander is the founder and President of InstaFund Financial (Commercial) and the Fund Manager of over $100 Million of private mortgage funds. He is a career banker specializing in commercial mortgages and has over 25 years of experience. During that time, Alexander has arranged and funded over $1 Billion of commercial mortgages throughout Western Canada. Alexander is a Licensed Mortgage Broker in both British Columbia and Alberta. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and a Fellowship Designation from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Rich is fast becoming recognized as one of B.C.’s top commercial mortgage brokers with a focus on providing direct access to private mortgage capital and the ability to arrange commercial mortgage financing with Canada’s top Institutional Lenders. Rich has arranged over $100 Million of commercial mortgage financing and is a Licensed Mortgage Broker in both British Columbia and Alberta. Rich graduated from BCIT with a specialization in Commercial Real Estate.

Brett joined InstaFund in 2007 and has recently been promoted to Manager of the Commercial Underwriting division at the InstaFund Head Office location. Brett has a proven ability to underwrite complicated commercial mortgage transactions and is a valuable member of the InstaFund team. Brett holds a BBA with a double major in business administration and economics from Simon Fraser University and is continuing his education through the Diploma of Urban Land Economics program at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Brett is a licensed mortgage broker in both British Columbia and Alberta.

Corey holds a BBA in Finance from Simon Fraser University (graduating with distinction), a Diploma in Commerce from Douglas College and recently completed the Canadian Securities Course. Corey is a licensed mortgage broker in British Columbia.

Darlene has been at InstaFund since 1995 and is the Chief Operating Officer. Darlene brings years of experience in commercial mortgage underwriting and general corporate and office management. Darlene currently manages all of the corporate and administrative functions associated with InstaFund, including accounting, payroll, licensing, human resources and overseeing all office projects along with the strategic planning for the business. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, graduating with Honours.

Megan joined InstaFund in 2011 and is the Office Manager of the Commercial Office. Besides managing the day-to-days of the office Megan oversees the InstaFund Financial (Commercial) website and marketing campaigns. In addition to her role as Office Manager Megan is the Executive Assistant to the President and the Chief Operating Officer. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.

Janet joined InstaFund in 2010 and recently was promoted to Manager of Mortgage Administration at the Head Office location. Her specialized areas of practice are commercial and residential financing. Janet came to InstaFund with a legal background as a senior paralegal from a prestigious West End law firm. Janet studied Political Science at the University of British Columbia and she completed her paralegal studies at Capilano University and Vancouver Community College, obtaining two certifications in Corporate Commercial and Conveyancing.

Jenny joined InstaFund in 2007 and is the Office Manager at the Head Office location. She has quickly become a valued member of the InstaFund team and holds numerous responsibilities within the office which facilitate its efficient business operation. Jenny’s roles include reception, payroll and accounting, inventory management, filing, and assisting with mortgage administration. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
